Port Streets has over 1,000 homes in a variety of sizes and styles. You’ll find charming single-story cottages as well as two-story estates with spectacular views. The architectural styles range from classic Californian to European influenced designs. This community is next to Big Canyon, Harbor Ridge, and Seaview.

These homes were originally built during the 1960s and 1970s but many have been rebuilt or upgraded. There are many amenities even though the Home Owners Association dues are considered low. Residents have access to parks, playgrounds, and baseball fields. There is a swimming pool and clubhouse in each of the three project phases. Each area also has its own association. This is considered to be a very family and child-friendly neighborhood.

There are many highly ranked facilities provided by The Newport Mesa Unified School District including Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, Corona Del Mar High School, and Roy O. Elementary School. Newport Beach also has several private schools like Carden Hall, Sage Hill, St. Andrews Presbyterian Preschool, and Newport Christian School.

Port Streets is close to the Corona del Mar beach as well as Newport Harbor which is popular for sailboats, paddle boarders, yachts, fishing, swimming, and parasailing. Residents enjoy shopping at Gelsons, Whole Foods, and Bristol Farms. Fashion Island is across MacArthur Boulevard where you will find stores like Bloomingdales, Brooks Brothers, and Neiman Marcus.

Roger’s Gardens is a great place to visit and the best golf courses are just around the corner from the Port Streets neighborhood which is located between Bonita Canyon Road, MacArthur Boulevard, San Joaquin Hills Road, and San Miguel Drive.
